Fadi Braiteh, MD is a practicing physician and cancer clinical researcher based in Las Vegas, Nevada. He grew up in Beirut, Lebanon during the 1975-1990 civil war and dedicated himself to reading. Almost exclusively versed in science and history; he was introduced to architecture and the visual arts on a trip to Italy and Spain with his parents at age 13, where a visit to El Prado ignited his interest and understanding of art as a medium for expression and a means for universal communication across time, space and cultures.

Fadi and his spouse started collecting years after settling in Las Vegas, immediately after getting married (their self-dedicated wedding gift was a monumental art work).  Initially the interest was almost exclusively for abstraction and sculpture, and a passion for contemporary Asian art, followed thereafter by a spike for Urban Art. Traveling extensively allowed to explore galleries, studios, and the-after art fairs with a new-born affinity for figurative art.

The pandemic forced all art lovers into the virtual space, allowing more time to study new artists, programs and fairs.  Fadi collects exclusively living artists, mostly very early and emerging artists. When possible, commissioning is the highlight of the passion anchoring references to societal and historical topics.

Fadi’s motto is:

"Don’t just collect the artist, collect the artwork"
